User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Humo Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the services provided by Humo ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using Humo. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Humo, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use Humo in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of Humo.

Using Humo for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Humo’s systems or networks.

Posting content that is abusive, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or share on Humo, including photos, text, and other media. However, by submitting content to Humo, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content as part of the Services.

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of Humo, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary information, are the property of Humo Team or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of Humo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your access to Humo at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement. You may also deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at yadan.chen.dev@outlook.com. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Humo will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humo Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or personal injury.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humo Team, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and directors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Humo or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved in the competent courts of local.

11. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Humo Team concerning your use of the Services.
